Job Description
The SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. This role requires strong technical knowledge of SAP HCM and the ability to analyze business requirements and design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configuration settings and solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules based on business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of projects and enhancements.
- Conduct system testing and contribute to the development of test scripts and scenarios.
- Provide end-user training and support during project implementations.
- Assist in the resolution of HCM-related issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Stay updated on SAP HCM best practices and new features.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- SAP HCM certification or relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Experience in SAP HCM implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
