Salesforce Analyst 

The Salesforce Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements and optimizing the Salesforce platform to drive sales and enhance customer experience. They collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and provide efficient solutions. The Salesforce Analyst also configures and customizes Salesforce modules, conducts system testing, and provides end-user support and training.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to determine Salesforce system enhancements.
• Configure Salesforce modules, including custom objects, workflows, and reports.
• Develop and implement customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business applications.
• Create and maintain user roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
• Assist with data migration and data cleansing activities.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity within Salesforce databases.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending and implementing relevant enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
