Job Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling company products or services. This includes identifying potential customers, generating leads, presenting product information, and closing deals. The Representative will also provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any queries or concerns. Additionally, the Representative will actively participate in sales campaigns, conduct market research, and contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products or services.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers, achieving sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support, addressing customer queries and resolving issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote company products or services.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
