Sales Executive

senior Sales Executive:

We are looking for a young and confident candidate (Male or Female) with excellent technical knowledge as well as confident sales and marketing skills required to take our company forward. The suitable candidate will be provided an exceptional commission rate bases on the sales performance every month.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers, and local businesses.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

• Maintain a strong understanding of the waterproofing services, products, and promotions.KEY POINTS:

  - Should have skills to follow up the customer on phone on regular basis

  - Should have positive mindset in making calls and closing the sales

  - Should have knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel and Power point

  - Experienced in managing and writing official e-mails

  - Should be able to work under sales targets and deadlines

  - Polite and friendly manner, patient, soft spoken & hard working

  - Should be highly energetic and with a positive mindset

  - Learn and understand the services being offered.

  - Prepare cost estimates by studying plans and related customer documents, consulting with engineers and other professional and technical personnel

  - Coordination with management to achieve/ exceed monthly sales targets.

  QUALIFICATION & LANGUAGE:

  - Bachelor’s Degree in any business and management

  - Should be a fluent English speaker

  - Should have minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing field

  Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary plus commission.
  • Benefits package (as applicable).

  - AED 2,000 to AED 2,200 per month
