Job Description

As a Sales Executive specializing in Used Cars, you will be responsible for actively contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to find the right pre-owned vehicle that fits their requirements and budget. You will use your strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers, conduct test drives, and explain the features and benefits of different used cars. Additionally, you will maintain a deep knowledge of the current inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively close sales and meet sales targets. Ideal candidates will have a passion for automobiles, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers looking to purchase used cars.
  • Provide professional and efficient customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Manage and update inventory of used cars, ensuring accurate listings and pricing.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to better serve customers.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Assist customers with financing options and paperwork for purchasing a used car.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the dealership and generate leads.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales with at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of used car market trends and pricing.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
