Sales Executive - Stationery

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive – Stationery to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting a wide range of stationery products to businesses and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for stationery products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and distributors.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Present and demonstrate stationery products to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in stationery sales or a related industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).
