Job Description

The Sales Director is responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. They need to develop and implement sales strategies, establish strong relationships with key customers, and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities. The Sales Director should also provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the MEA region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify sales opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve them.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in their day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in the MEA region.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the MEA region.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages spoken in the region is desirable.
