Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of the sales department. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales documents and reports, maintaining client databases, and providing administrative support to the sales team. You will also be responsible for following up on sales leads, communicating with customers to address their needs, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. A successful Sales Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the sales team by providing efficient and effective support in all aspects of the sales process.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team in managing schedules, organizing sales events, and following up on client communications.
  • Coordinating sales projects and ensuring that all team members are on track with sales goals.
  • Preparing and maintaining sales reports and customer database.
  • Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing pre and post-sales support.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Managing and updating sales orders and customer accounts.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
