Retail Sales Consultant

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products in a retail setting. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, answering product-related questions, and guiding customers to make informed purchase decisions. In addition, you will be expected to meet sales targets, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.

• Answer customer queries regarding the product and provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, and product availability.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are appealing.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and be familiar with current promotions or sales.
