We are seeking a dedicated and talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of restaurant management practices and procedures. Responsibilities include assisting the Restaurant Manager in organizing and supervising all aspects of food service, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for training and supporting staff, resolving customer issues, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the restaurant. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise staff members to uphold quality standards and provide exceptional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure timely food preparation and consistent quality of dishes.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, such as promoting special events or menu items.
  • Conduct regular inspections to enforce cleanliness, safety, and sanitation regulations in the restaurant.
  • Develop and implement employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Assist in financial management tasks, such as tracking expenses, managing budgets, and maximizing profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to make informed business decisions and drive growth.

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
