We are seeking a dedicated Reservation Executive (Concierge) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless reservations for our guests. Your primary duties will include managing inquiries, processing reservations, and maintaining accurate records of bookings. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage hotel reservations by utilizing the reservation system to book and modify guest room reservations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate special requests for guests, such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and room preferences.
  • Assist with concierge services, including recommending and arranging activities, tours, and dining options to enhance guests' experiences.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and facilities to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
  • Upsell hotel services and amenities to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the concierge desk and lobby area, to create a welcoming environment for guests.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using reservation and booking software
