Job Description
As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized banking and financial solutions. Your goal is to build long-term, profitable relationships while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.
- Understanding clients' business needs and recommending appropriate banking and financial solutions.
- Providing clients with advice on cash management, credit financing, and other banking services.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to offer comprehensive solutions.
- Conducting regular reviews and analysis of clients' financial needs and business performance.
- Developing and executing relationship plans to meet revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Resolving client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service and delivering a positive client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
