Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse provides compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols and UAE healthcare regulations. Working in a clinical, hospital, or specialty care environment, the nurse supports physicians, monitors patient health, administers treatments, and educates patients and families. This role demands clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing patient conditions, recording medical histories, and conducting initial evaluations.

• Administering medications, injections, IVs, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitoring patient vitals, observing reactions to treatments, and updating medical records accordingly.

• Coordinating with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to ensure effective care delivery.

• Educating patients and their families on post-treatment care, health maintenance, and recovery plans.

• Maintaining strict adherence to hygiene, infection control, and safety procedures.

• Assisting in medical procedures and preparing patients for examinations or surgery.

• Responding promptly to emergencies and performing basic life support or first aid when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

• Valid license or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UAE.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical equipment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive patient matters.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to varying shift schedules.

• Compassionate, ethical, and dedicated to delivering patient-centered care.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
