Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who ideally has prior experience working in a medical centre, hospital or environment. In this role you'll be responsible for assisting and supporting our team with patient consultations, recording and updating patients records, carrying out venipuncture, preparing treatment rooms for treatments and procedures, assessing patients and recording vital signs, carrying our non-invasive surgical care such has bandage removal and redressing, supporting the doctors and plastic surgeons with minor treatments, carrying out pre and post operative care to patients.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients based on their medical condition, treatment plan, and individual needs.
  • Monitor and assess patients' health status, vital signs, and response to treatments.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
  • Educate patients about medications, side effects, and proper administration techniques.
  • Perform various clinical procedures, including wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and phlebotomy, following established standards and infection control protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Provide guidance on post-discharge care, lifestyle modifications, and health promotion.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records, documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Respond efficiently to medical emergencies, administer first aid, and initiate appropriate interventions.
  • Adhere to infection control measures, including proper hand hygiene, isolation precautions, and sterilization techniques.
  • Stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and nursing standards through continuous education and professional development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; UAE nursing license or DHA license is required.
  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in nursing procedures and techniques.
  • Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathy and compassion toward patients and their families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing patient needs.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical principles.
  • Previous experience working as a registered nurse
