The Regional Sales Head is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations across a designated region, ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, and alignment with overall business strategy. This leadership role includes managing sales teams, developing regional sales plans, and building long-term client relationships. Operating within the UAE’s competitive and diverse market landscape, the Regional Sales Head ensures all sales activities adhere to local business practices and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales managers and representatives across various territories.
Analyzing regional market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and risks.
Establishing strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to build brand loyalty and repeat business.
Monitoring sales performance through KPIs, preparing regular reports, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Coordinating with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with UAE sales regulations, pricing guidelines, and ethical business practices.
Driving team performance through regular training, performance reviews, and motivational leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 8–10 years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in a regional leadership role in the UAE or GCC.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional business growth.
In-depth understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and MS Office applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
