We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Head to oversee our sales operations in the Middle East region. As the Regional Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the region. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with key clients, and lead a high-performing sales team to success. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets in the Middle East.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team to drive performance and results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the Middle East region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments to optimize business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to align strategies and maximize cross-regional opportunities.
  • Travel within the Middle East region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and conduct business development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and business development in the Middle East region.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle East market trends and dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
