Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and handling inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized reception area, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in office software applications are preferred. Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meetings.
  • Providing basic information to visitors and employees.
  • Keeping track of visitor logs and security protocols.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
