Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company and will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and clients. Your responsibilities will include greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, and managing the reception area. In addition, you will be expected to handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a similar role and proficiency in office software applications will be advantageous. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a friendly personality and strong organizational skills, we would love to welcome you to our team as a Receptionist.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Handle visitor inquiries and provide information about the organization.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors entering the premises.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating meetings and events as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
