Job Description
As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide guidance and advice to clients, negotiate deals, and facilitate smooth transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to determine property values.
- Advise clients on pricing, negotiations, and legal requirements.
- Create and maintain property listings and marketing materials.
- Coordinate property viewings and open houses.
- Negotiate deals and draft purchase agreements.
- Facilitate property inspections and appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Real Estate License.
- Proven experience as a real estate broker.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
