Job Description

The Quality Controller-Healthcare will be responsible for ensuring that all healthcare products and services meet the required quality standards. This role requires conducting quality control checks, audits, and inspections to identify any issues or non-compliance with regulations. The Quality Controller-Healthcare will work closely with the production team, suppliers, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality assurance and compliance. Key responsibilities include developing quality control procedures, conducting product testing, analyzing data, and recommending process improvements. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, knowledge of healthcare regulations, and excellent problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any quality issues or non-compliance.
  • Plan and conduct product testing to ensure product safety and quality.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure understanding and adherence to quality control procedures.
  • Monitor and track quality metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare quality control.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field.
  • Experience in quality control or quality assurance in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze quality issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
