Job Description

As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards set by the company. Your main duties will include developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures, conducting regular inspections and tests to identify defects or deviations, and collaborating with production teams to address quality issues. You will also be tasked with analyzing data to improve processes and reduce defects, as well as leading a team of quality control inspectors and technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a background in quality control methodologies. A degree in quality management or a related field is preferred, along with several years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control standards and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Oversee the inspection and testing of products to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and supervise quality control staff to ensure proper execution of quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of quality control procedures to maintain effectiveness.
  • Participate in the development and revision of quality control policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with management team and stakeholders regarding quality control performance and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts in quality control practices and contribute to overall business goals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, quality assurance, or industrial technology.
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
  • Previous experience in a quality control role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
