Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist - Agile Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile Transformation for the Quality Assurance team by implementing best practices and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain quality standards for Agile processes, including testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile principles are effectively implemented across the organization.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of Agile processes to identify areas for improvement or adjustment.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators related to Agile transformation progress and quality assurance metrics.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Identify and resolve any obstacles or challenges in the Agile transformation journey.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure QA activities are aligned with Agile development.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts based on business needs and project timelines.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments in Agile methodologies to enhance the QA team's effectiveness and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Certification in Agile methodologies such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) practices, preferably in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
