Property Valuation Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Property Valuation Inspector to assess the value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The role involves conducting on-site inspections, analyzing market trends, and preparing detailed valuation reports to support real estate transactions, mortgage approvals, and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site property inspections to assess condition, features, and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze real estate market trends, location factors, and comparable sales data to determine property value.
• Prepare and issue accurate and comprehensive property valuation reports.
• Inspect structural integrity, legal documentation, and zoning compliance.
• Collaborate with government agencies, banks, real estate developers, and financial institutions.
• Utilize valuation software and digital tools for data collection and reporting.
• Provide expert advice on property investments, market conditions, and value fluctuations.
• Ensure valuations comply with local and international real estate laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, policies, and taxation laws.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or disputes related to property valuation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Certification in property valuation or real estate appraisal is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in property valuation, real estate appraisal, or property inspection.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for data assessment.
• Proficiency in property valuation software and reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of local real estate laws, building codes, and zoning regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with real estate professionals.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for property inspections.
• Experience in commercial and industrial property valuation.
