Project Manager:

1.       Bachelor Degree in Project Management / Business Management / Management Information Systems or any related major

2.       10+ Years of experience in the field of Project Management

3.       Bilingual (Arabic / English) communication skills.

4.       Strong presentation skills.

5.       Have experience in Project Management Methodologies, Policies, Processes and Procedures.

6.       Have experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both waterfall and Agile.

7.       Team management skills

8.       Manage the project constrains of Scope, time and Cost.

9.       Work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines

Strong stakeholder’s management

11.   Project Management certification like PMP, Scrum, Prince 2, etc.

·         Manage the project’s scope, time, cost, resources, quality, issues and risks.

·         Plan, negotiate and allocate the required resources, track their efforts and timesheets and motivate the project team to achieve deadlines.

·         Communicate timely project’s status to top management through project steering committees and review meetings.

·         Involve the end users in the solution development through storyboarding sessions and scenarios walkthroughs. Get the end users feedback and enhance the solution to meet their expectations.

·         Apply the project change management tools and techniques to manage the changes in scope, time and cost.

Utilize the offshore / onshore model to deliver the overall solution

·         Plan and execute the testing activities including SIT, UAT, and performance and security tests to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications were fulfilled.

·         Going live with the solution. plan and execute the post deployment check, announcement and communication

·         Manage the rollout of the solution to different locations (if applicable)
