Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and participate any engineering safety documents and Workshops such as HAZID, HAZOP, IPF, LOPA, HER, Bow-Tie, ALARP, HSE Case Deliberation, etc.
• Familiar with Fire & Gas (F & G) Mapping Report, Firefighting Specification, Passive Fire Protection Specification, Fire Water Demand Report, Fire Zone Layout Drawing, etc.
• Coordinate and cooperate with third party to prepare any HSE engineering documents, such as Noise assessment report, Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) report, Emergency Response Plan (ERP), safety safeguards on the emergency case of plant, etc.
• Prepare any close-out report related to HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, etc.
• Prepare the philosophy and calculation report related to flare system and flare thermal radiation and dispersion.
• Familiar with any HSE issues which may happen during the whole project stages and know how to avoid these issues druing engineering stage.
• Communicate and coordinate with client, contractor and third party to guarantee workshops and reports going smoothly and on time.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Master Degree in a suitable discipline, such as safety, chemical and oil & gas engineering, etc.
• Valid registered certification issued by internal or international recognized institution.
• Better has minimum 15 years of working experience preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiar with oil and gas industry related international engineering and safety standards and codes relevant to Process Safety.
• Have experience in at least two (2) similar EPCC/EPCIC onshore projects in oil/gas industry as a Process safety leader or engineer.
• Proactive, open-minded, cheerful, good at learning and communication, Strong ability of organization and execution, able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and team work.
