Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Implement of process simulation
• Preparation of Process Description，Process Design Basis，Design Philosophies
• Preparation of P&ID, PFD, Equipment List, Line List，Utility Consumption List，Chemicals Consumption List，Relief and Blowdown Summary
• Perform equipment selection and line sizing
• Prepare process equipment datasheet and process instrument datasheet
• Calculation of flare network
• Coordinate with the client, the third party, detail and other relevant parties in project
• Prepare operation and maintenance manual
• Communicate with client and coordinate any related discipines to better finish process work.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Master degree in the chemical engineering and technology, oil & gas engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiar with oil and gas industry related international standards and code, such as API, Nace Norsok, etc
• Familiarity with HYSYS, Unisim, Flarenet and HTRI,etc
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, open-minded, cheerful, good at learning and communication, Strong ability of organization and execution, able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and team work.
