Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. More than 10 years working experience, more than (5 )years planning manager experience;

2. Develop the project EPCC schedule and make sure implementation of plan and supervise the progress; Responsible for the setup (update) of project program and procedure related schedule and progress control;

3. Coordinate and guide the planning engineer to prepare the rules and regulations, system documents and basic work related to the schedule position according to the approved work plan, and be responsible for the use of the schedule planning software;

4. Prepare manpower demand plan, training plan and work performance evaluation; Promote the ability and skills of schedule engineers;

5. Responsible for the training of the company's staff and planning engineers on the operation of schedule planning procedures, and review the training materials for the progress control prepared by partners;

6. Participate in the review of the project implementation plan;

7. Collect project Progress data and existing problems according to the plan, report to the person in charge of the project control Department, and implement the improvement plan;

8. Identify HSE hazard sources and environmental factors of position, and comply with laws and regulations and HSE management requirements of the company; Participate in HSE training and education activities to improve safety awareness.
