Planning Engineer - OCTG

The Planning Engineer-OCTG will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) projects. This includes coordinating with various departments, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and completion of projects. The Planning Engineer-OCTG will create project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans for OCTG projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, including cost and schedule performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement.
• Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices in OCTG project management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and executing OCTG projects.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry practices and standards.
