Job Description
1. Responsible for site technology, HSE, quality and construction management under the leadership of the project construction manager;
2. Participate in the design disclosure and drawing review;
3. Responsible for the preparation of construction management and technical documents;
4. Solve the technology, quality problems;
5. Responsible for prepare the material/manpower/consumable/tools/equipment plan and organize the site construction activities;
6. Communication with design and procurement and adjust the construction plan accordingly;
7. Supervise and guide the construction team site construction activities;
8. Participate in project planning and scheduling, providing input on piping-related activities and timelines.
9. Responsible for organizing site inspection activities;
10. Coordinate with other disciplines (such as mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers) to ensure seamless integration of piping systems.
11. Apply for design change according to the actual situation on site;
12. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports;
13. Participate/organize daily/weekly/monthly technical/progress meeting with construction team ;
14. Complete other work assigned by construction manager.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, piping/mechanical technology background;
2. More than 6 years of experience in oil and gas, including more than 5 years of international project experience；
3. Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ASME B31.1, B31.3, and API standards，Familiarity with construction practices and site supervision to ensure proper installation and quality control of piping systems.
4. Familiar with the manpower/material/consumable/equipment/tools etc required for piping construction, with good organizational ability, able to efficiently organize the anpower/material/consumable/equipment/tools resources on site.
5. Able to prepare and review piping workshop drawing;
6. Be able to use English as a working language and be proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English;
7. Have team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, good organizational skills, communication skills and execution skills;
8. Can adapt to overseas work for a long time;
