Performance Marketing Specialist

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. They work with cross-functional teams to develop campaign strategies, manage advertising budgets, and analyze campaign performance. They also conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in digital marketing platforms and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
