Packing Supervisor

The Packing Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily packing activities of the warehouse. They will ensure that all items are packed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company guidelines. The Packing Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of packers, monitoring their performance, and providing training and guidance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of packers and ensure that packing tasks are completed on time.
• Inspect packed items to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain packing supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
• Train new packers on packing processes and procedures.
• Monitor packer performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a packing or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
