Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are looking for a skilled Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon to perform complex surgical procedures involving the mouth, jaw, and face. This specialist role requires extensive surgical expertise, diagnostic skills, and patient care experience. The surgeon will work closely with dental, medical, and surgical teams to provide advanced treatment for trauma, deformities, tumors, and reconstructive needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oral and maxillofacial surgeries including reconstruction, extractions, and implants.

• Diagnose and treat facial injuries, infections, and congenital abnormalities.

• Collaborate with dental and medical professionals for comprehensive care.

• Interpret diagnostic imaging such as CT scans and X-rays.

• Ensure patient safety and maintain sterilization protocols.

• Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-op care.

• Keep detailed medical records and ensure documentation accuracy.

• Stay current on surgical innovations and best practices.

• Participate in case reviews and continuous improvement programs.

• Adhere to licensing and hospital credentialing requirements.

Requirements:

• Medical or dental degree with specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

• Valid license or eligibility in UAE.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant surgical experience.

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with modern surgical equipment and technology.

• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
