Responsibilities

• Offer mortgage solutions and services to Arabic-speaking clients, providing detailed explanations and guidance throughout the application process.

• Work with lenders to secure competitive mortgage rates and terms for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage regulations, guidelines, and trends in the market.
• Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service in Arabic to ensure a positive experience for clients.
• Conduct financial assessments and risk analysis to determine the feasibility of mortgage applications.
• Follow up with clients regularly to update them on the status of their mortgage applications and address any concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders in the mortgage industry.
