Responsibilities

  • Leading the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions for clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Conducting requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs and processes.
  • Configuring and customizing Odoo modules to meet the specific requirements of each client.
  • Providing training and support to clients and end users on how to effectively use Odoo.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Odoo with other systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during implementation.
  • Documenting implementation processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments and best practices to continuously improve implementation processes.
  • Participating in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and proposal development, to showcase the capabilities of Odoo.
  • Working closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Odoo certification or 3+ years of proven experience in implementing Odoo solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
