Nail Technician

The Nail Technician is responsible for providing high-quality manicures, pedicures, and other nail services specifically tailored for male clients. This role also involves promoting and selling retail products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction with exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for men's grooming and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Nail Services:

• Provide professional manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments specifically for male clients.
• Offer nail care advice and recommendations tailored to men's grooming needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area and tools.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in men's grooming.

Client Interaction:

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' preferences and needs.
• Ensure clients' comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
• Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Retail Sales:

• Promote and sell nail care products and other grooming retail items.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of retail products.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for retail products.
• Keep track of inventory levels and inform management of stock needs.

• Certification as a Nail Technician is a plus
  
• Previous experience in a salon, spa, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
