Mental Health Counselor

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselor to provide professional counseling services to individuals facing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will help clients develop coping strategies, improve their mental well-being, and achieve personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions through interviews and evaluations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide support for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
• Educate clients on coping mechanisms and stress management techniques.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on mental health research and best counseling practices.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proven experience in counseling or psychotherapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients.
• Knowledge of different therapy techniques, such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness practices.
