Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. The Medical Representative will be required to build strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide them with product information and support. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and be able to effectively communicate complex information to healthcare professionals. The candidate should also possess strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Responsibilities

  • Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in healthcare facilities.
  • Provide product information and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and uses of the pharmaceutical products.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Organize and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional events.
  • Collect and report feedback from healthcare professionals to enhance product offerings and services.
  • Prepare sales reports, territory analysis, and action plans to effectively manage territory.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all promotional activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Biology, or a related science.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing is preferred.
