Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and manage community interactions.

• SEO Optimization:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.

• Photo and Video Editing:

  • Create visually appealing marketing materials using photo and video editing software.
  • Edit and enhance property listings, promotional videos, and social media posts.

• Content Creation:

  • Craft compelling captions, blogs, and promotional content aligned with the brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce innovative marketing campaigns.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, SEO, and content creation.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
