Marketing Officer - Healthcare

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer – Healthcare to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, brand management, and digital campaigns, ensuring increased patient engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote healthcare services and enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create patient education materials and promotional content.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient preferences.
• Organize community outreach programs, health awareness events, and partnerships.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and drive patient acquisition.
• Oversee content creation for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and advertisements.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and stakeholders.
• Track marketing performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with healthcare regulations and branding guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
