Job Description

As a Marketing Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to promote the organization's products or services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer behavior to tailor messaging that resonates with the target audience. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure brand consistency and drive brand awareness. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential for this role, along with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and possess excellent communication and project management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communication roles.

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of advertising campaigns, including creative development, media placement, and performance analysis.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as media contacts, industry influencers, and customers.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage the marketing communication budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to drive successful execution of marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
  • Stay updated on best practices in marketing communication and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
