Job Description

As a Manager of School Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions and activities of the school to ensure a safe, productive, and efficient learning environment for students and staff. Your duties will include managing administrative staff, coordinating facility maintenance and management, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support the overall mission and objectives of the school. Additionally, you will be responsible for budget management, staff development, and fostering a positive and inclusive school culture. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education and student success.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the school.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the school.
  • Manage and supervise staff members to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of teachers and staff to maintain high standards of education.
  • Coordinate and communicate with parents, students, and external stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage the school budget and resources effectively to support educational programs and facilities.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to support curriculum development and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards set by educational authorities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall school operations.
  • Lead initiatives to promote a positive school culture and community engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field.
  • Certification in school administration or educational leadership.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school administration role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
