Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of School Operations to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks including facilities management, staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key duties will include developing operational policies, coordinating school events, and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students and staff. The Manager of School Operations will work closely with the leadership team to implement strategic initiatives and continuously improve operational efficiency. A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful operations management in an educational setting. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient running of the school.
  • Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, safety, security, and cleanliness of the school premises.
  • Manage school budget, monitor expenses, and allocate resources appropriately.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for the school.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership and guidance to support daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards set by school boards, government authorities, and accrediting bodies.
  • Collaborate with academic staff to support student learning and enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Handle student enrollment, admissions, and attendance processes in accordance with school policies.
  • Communicate with parents, students, and staff to address concerns, provide information, and maintain positive relationships within the school community.
  • Organize events, activities, and programs to promote school spirit, engagement, and a sense of community among students and staff.

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, School Administration, Business Management, or related field required.
  • Prior experience in school operations or educational management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with education policies and regulations.
