Manager Portfolio Delivery

A Manager Portfolio Delivery is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a portfolio delivery strategy aligned with company goals.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project budget and financial forecasting for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize project deliverables and ensure alignment.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on portfolio performance to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers to drive successful project outcomes.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles, with 3 years in portfolio management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within a portfolio.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
