Job Description
The Manager Budgeting and Planning is responsible for overseeing an organization's budgeting and financial planning processes. They analyze financial data, develop budgets, and provide financial guidance to management.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop budgetary goals.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgetary targets.
- Prepare financial management reports and present findings to management.
- Provide financial guidance and support to department managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
