Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within a facility. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and according to safety regulations. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be in charge of developing maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections of equipment and systems, and coordinating with outside contractors when necessary. Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of mechanical systems are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities
