Luxury Sales Associate

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, a deep understanding of high-end products, and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for creating an exclusive shopping experience, building lasting relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• provide a personalized and premium shopping experience for high-end clientele
• build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
• demonstrate deep product knowledge and effectively communicate features, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
• achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling techniques
• handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and discretion
• maintain store presentation, ensuring visual merchandising and stock levels are in line with brand standards
• stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches
• collaborate with the team to organize exclusive events, VIP client experiences, and promotional activities
• process transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and documentation
• adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism

Requirements:

• previous experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, jewelry, watches, or related industries
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
• fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Mandarin are a plus
• ability to engage with affluent clientele and provide a tailored shopping experience
• strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• professional appearance, demeanor, and ability to represent the brand at the highest level
• proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
• flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
