Job Description

The Luxury Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling luxury products to clients. They represent the brand and create a luxury shopping experience by offering personalized service, product knowledge, and style advice. The Luxury Sales Associate builds and maintains strong customer relationships, achieves sales targets, and stays updated with the latest trends and features of luxury products.


Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service and assist clients in selecting luxury products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge and stay informed about the latest trends in luxury fashion or goods.
  • Assist customers in trying on or experiencing products and provide style advice.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service.
  • Process transactions, including cash or credit card payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure products are displayed attractively and accurately.
  • Participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches.
  • Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and ensure a luxury shopping environment.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for luxury fashion or goods and a strong sense of style.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide personalized service.
  • Effective sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of luxury brands, products, and features.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Multilingual skills or knowledge (bonus).
