As a Lobby Lounge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the lobby lounge area within a hotel or hospitality establishment. Your main duties will include managing lounge staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting with inventory management. You will also be required to create work schedules, train new employees, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing high-quality service to guests. Responsibilities

  • Supervise the performance and activities of the lobby lounge staff.
  • Ensure that the lobby lounge is well-maintained, clean, and presentable at all times.
  • Oversee the food and beverage service provided to guests in the lounge.
  • Train, schedule, and motivate lounge staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations in the lounge.
  • Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate goals, updates, and any necessary changes.
  • Assist in developing promotions or special events to drive traffic to the lobby lounge.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
