Legal Advisor

We are looking for a skilled Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance and ensure the company's compliance with UAE laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate, commercial, and employment law, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and industry regulations.
• Handle legal disputes, arbitration, and litigation matters as required.
• Assist in company policies, risk assessment, and legal strategy development.
• Work closely with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in UAE laws and advise on necessary adjustments.
• Provide legal training to internal teams when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, corporate laws, and commercial regulations.
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks.
