Junior Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architect to join our team at n. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with experienced architects to develop creative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development of design concepts, models and presentations

- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications

- Conduct research and gather information from various sources to support design decisions

- Collaborate with project team members including architects, engineers, and contractors

- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure project alignment with design plans

- Present design proposals and ideas to clients

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent

- Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign

- Strong design and conceptual skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus
